For our organization to get credit and for you to get the discounted rate, you must say you are with the
North American Ministerial Council (NAMC) and provide the room type and personal
information they request. A valid credit card will
be required for all reservations by each person.
You may request a room with a king-sized bed or a room with two double beds. The room rate for single/double occupancy is $159.00 + applicable taxes (currently 13% plus a state recovery fee of 0.975%). Additional adults are $10.00 per person, per night.
Upon check-in at the hotel, each person must present a credit card that will then be pre-authorized to cover the full amount of room and tax charges for the length of your stay.
The cutoff date to reserve a room at the group rate is Saturday, October 5, 2024. Each guest room must be confirmed no later than 12:01 am (Central Time) on October 5, 2024. Rooms needed after that date will be subject to availability and based on a higher guest rate. If you have need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your arrival date.
Hotel check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and hotel check-out is at 11 a.m. The group rate is available 10/27-11/2. Three days prior to 10/24-10/27 and three days after 11/03-11/06 guest rooms are available at the guest rate based on availability. .
Whether you are driving or flying it is suggested you target your arrival at the Embassy Suites on Monday, October 28 before 5:00 p.m. to be there for dinner and the evening service. The closing service will end the council meeting on Saturday Evening (November 2).

Meals begin with dinner on Monday, October 28, and end with dinner on Saturday night November 2.
A complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast is served each
morning in the lush open-air atrium.
Lunch and dinner are available for purchase. You may purchase all meals at
a discounted rate of $398. Or you may purchase individual meals at the
following prices. (Pricing includes tax and service fee):
NOTE: Our meeting space is complimentary based on a negotiated food and beverage minimum. To help us meet the food and beverage minimum so extra charges are not incurred, we suggest each person purchases all the meals for $398.00 or a minimum of $250.00 in meals. Breakfast is complimentary. There are a few restaurants within a one or two block walking distance of the hotel.
We will be securing a Christian group to come onsite or doing an offsite event. The registration fee helps pay for this event.
Registration/Program Fees and Payment Information
To attend NAMC in Grapevine, Texas a registration/program fee of $175 is required for each attendee.
To register by mail, fill out the registration form and mail your detailed registration form with your payment to the General Conference offices (P.O. Box 33677, Denver, CO 80233). A confirmation letter will be sent to you. We will not be accepting on-location registrations. Please do not mail a registration and register online. Only one is necessary and eliminates confusion.
If your cost is being subsidized, please submit full payment, then collect reimbursement from your sponsoring church, district, etc.
